配送ポリシー

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese holidays).
Processing will begin after your payment has been successfully completed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic shipping (within Japan only)

All orders are shipped using Japan Post or other domestic postal services, or equivalent domestic carriers.
The estimated delivery time after shipping is approximately 2-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area, weather conditions, and delays caused by the delivery company.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size and weight. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

Tracking Information

Most orders come with tracking, and once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.

Address accuracy

When placing your order, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Kawaii Touchi is not responsible for any delays, undeliverable deliveries, or returned packages that result from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Late, lost, or damaged deliveries

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kawkawaiitouchi.jp with your order number and any relevant information. If the item is damaged, please also attach a photo so we can take appropriate action.
While we will do our best to assist you, please note that Kawaii Touchi cannot be held responsible for delays or loss caused by delivery companies, which are outside of our control.

Order changes and cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@kawaiitouchi.jp. Please note that we may not be able to accept changes or cancellations after the product has been shipped.

Mirae International Shipping

Currently, Kawaii Touchi only delivers within Japan. We plan to begin shipping overseas in the future. We will announce this on our website once international shipping becomes available.
