We are a small team based in Japan. We started Kawaii Touchi because we believe technology should bring people closer together, not push them apart. Japan is known as one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world. Neon-lit streets, robotics, and futuristic infrastructure surround us every day. But as we spent more time living here, we began to notice something behind all that progress. People were becoming more isolated. That was something we couldn’t ignore. Instead of accepting that technology had to feel cold and distant, we asked ourselves a simple question. What if technology could help bring people closer together? That question became the foundation of Kawaii Touchi and the reason the Touchi series was created.

Our Story – The Journey of Touchi
Kawaii Touchi began as conversations among friends spending time together and talking about how technology, life, and even people seemed to be drifting further apart. We all loved technology, but we kept returning to the same feeling. Things were becoming faster, smarter, and more advanced, yet people felt more disconnected than ever. At first, we never planned to start a company. We simply wanted to create something small that could make connection easier and more natural. Something you could carry in your pocket, something that could start conversations, or turn a small moment into something meaningful. So we began experimenting. We tested ideas, discarded them, improved them, and tried again. Over time, those shared ideas began to take shape and eventually became the Touchi keychain.Touchi was designed to fit naturally into everyday life. It is simple to use, easy to customize, and flexible enough to adapt to many forms. With a single tap, it becomes a way to share who you are. What started as conversations among friends eventually grew into Kawaii Touchi. And at its core, the idea has never changed. Bringing people just a little closer together.
