This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.
Kawaii Touchi currently ships to Japan and the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday,
excluding Japanese holidays).
Processing begins once payment has been successfully completed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business
day.
2. Shipping
Orders within Japan are shipped via Japan Post or a comparable carrier.
Orders to the United States are delivered via USPS (United States Postal Service)
or a comparable carrier.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment.
(Shipments to the United States may take longer depending on the region.)
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier conditions.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping is charged as a flat rate at checkout.
The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before payment is
completed.
4. Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with
tracking details.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Kawaii Touchi is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by
incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

Include your order number and relevant details.
If your item is damaged, please attach photos for proper support.
While we will do our best to assist you, Kawaii Touchi is not responsible for
delays or losses caused by shipping carriers outside of our control.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible

Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be
possible.
8. Shipping Regions
Kawaii Touchi currently ships to Japan and the United States.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination region.
For shipments to the United States, customers are responsible for any customs
duties or import taxes that may apply.
We plan to expand to additional countries in the future.
