Currently, Kawaii Touchi ships to Japan and the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Japanese holidays).
Processing begins once payment is successfully completed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping

Orders within Japan are shipped using Japan Post or an equivalent carrier.
Orders to the United States are shipped via **USPS (United States Postal Service)** or an equivalent carrier.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2-7 business days.
(Delivery to the United States may take longer depending on the region.)
Delivery times may vary depending on the region, weather conditions, and carrier circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are applied as a **flat rate** at checkout.
The applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

4. Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking service.
Once your item is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order.
Kawaii Touchi is not responsible for shipping delays, non-delivery, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delays, Loss, or Damage

In the event of a delayed, lost, or damaged package,
please contact support@kawaiitouchi.jp with your order number and details.
For damaged items, please attach photos for verification.
While we will provide as much support as possible, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Order Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact
support@kawaiitouchi.jp as soon as possible.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

8. Shipping Coverage Areas

Currently, Kawaii Touchi ships to Japan and the United States.
Delivery days may vary depending on the region.
For shipments to the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
We plan to expand to more countries in the future.
