Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if your item is damaged or not
working properly, we will gladly exchange it for you.

Eligibility for Returns
● You must contact us within 7 days (1 week) of receiving your item.
● Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, if possible.
● Only defective, damaged, or malfunctioning items are eligible for returns.

Exchange Process
1. Please contact us at support@kawaiitouchi.jp with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.
2. Once confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
● Items damaged due to misuse or accident.
● Lost items.
● Returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind).

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the item is defective or there was a shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
As a general rule, we offer exchanges rather than refunds.
Refunds may only be issued if a replacement item is not available in stock.
